I understand that if I miss my appointment or if I cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, I will forfeit the session fee.

Please be prompt. Sessions are scheduled back to back.

Recording or taking video with your cellphone or any other recording device during the session is not permitted.

Liability Waiver

I agree to release Angel McCoy from any and all liability and/or claims in respect to loss or damage arising from personal injury to myself and/or my family from loss or damages to personal property. Furthermore, by signing this agreement any such claims, rights and/or causes of actions against Angel McCoy are hereby waived. I also agree that I will be held liable for any damage caused to her property or equipment and I will indemnify her and any venue from any injuries that might occur while I or my family participate in photography sessions in or outside of her home or any hosting venue.
